Verification & Approval
Our quality assurance team will review your request and the provided product images to ensure the item is eligible for return under our warranty guidelines.
Secure Packaging
Place the product in its original box with all included accessories, manuals, and the invoice to prevent any damage during the reverse logistics process.
Pickup & Refund
Once our courier partners collect the package and it passes inspection at our warehouse, your refund or replacement will be processed within 7-10 business days.
